These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of J77.ai, including any related websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by DP7 LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("DP7," "we," "us," or "our").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be responsible for your use of the Services and to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

J77.ai provides AI-assisted tools for content creation, research, drafting, and related workflows.

We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, current, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.

3. No Professional Advice

Content generated by J77.ai does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You agree that you will not rely on any generated content as a substitute for professional judgment or advice.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("User Content").

4.2 License to DP7 LLC

By submitting User Content, you grant DP7 LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, process, modify, analyze, and display such content solely for:

• operating the Services
• improving quality and reliability
• ensuring safety and compliance
• enforcing policies

5. AI Training & Data Usage

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you acknowledge and agree that DP7 LLC may:

• process and analyze User Content and generated outputs
• use such data for service improvement, evaluation, and safety
• store logs and metadata related to generation activity

We do not guarantee that content will be excluded from internal analysis or quality improvement processes.

6. Generated Media (Images)

6.1 Temporary Hosting

Images generated through J77.ai are hosted on our infrastructure as a convenience to you. This hosting is provided on a temporary basis and is not intended as a permanent storage solution.

You are responsible for downloading and hosting generated images on your own infrastructure if you require permanent access to them.

6.2 Image Retention & Deletion

Generated images may be deleted under the following circumstances:

• Account Inactivity: Images will be deleted if your account has no activity (no logins, builds, or image generations) for a period of six (6) months or more.
• Account Termination: All images will be deleted upon account termination, whether initiated by you or by DP7 LLC.
• Policy Violations: Images may be deleted immediately if they violate our Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms.
• Service Changes: DP7 LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue image hosting at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3 External Publishing

When you publish content with generated images to external platforms (such as WordPress or other blogs), those external platforms may hotlink to images hosted by J77.ai. If the source image is deleted from J77.ai (due to inactivity, account termination, or other reasons), the image will no longer display on external platforms.

We strongly recommend downloading generated images and uploading them directly to your own hosting to ensure permanent availability.

6.4 No Guarantee of Availability

DP7 LLC makes no guarantee regarding the availability, uptime, or permanence of hosted images. Images are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Prohibited Content & Conduct (ZERO TOLERANCE)

You may NOT use the Services to generate, upload, or distribute content that is:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene
• Sexually exploitative or involving minors
• Violent, threatening, or encouraging harm
• Harassing, bullying, intimidating, or abusive
• Hate speech or discriminatory based on protected characteristics
• Defamatory, slanderous, or libelous
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading
• Illegal or facilitating illegal activity
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights

8. Enforcement & Account Actions

DP7 LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to take any action it deems appropriate, including:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Deletion of content and data
• Forfeiture of any remaining usage credits, tokens, or entitlements
• Blocking future access to the Services

DP7 LLC will fully cooperate with law enforcement or legal authorities if requested or required, including providing account and activity information as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DP7 LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

DP7 LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR REPUTATION
• ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR MISSTATEMENTS IN GENERATED CONTENT

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DP7 LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• your use of the Services
• your publication or distribution of generated content
• your failure to review or verify content
• any claim that content you published was inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful

12. Fees and Billing

The Services may currently be offered free of charge. DP7 LLC reserves the right to introduce fees, pricing tiers, or billing requirements at any time.

12. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in court.

You expressly waive any right to:

• a jury trial
• participate in class, collective, or representative actions

Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Michigan, under rules determined by DP7 LLC.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent any claim is not subject to arbitration, it shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Michigan.

14. Changes to the Terms

DP7 LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Intellectual Property

J77.ai and its underlying technology are protected by intellectual property rights, including trade secrets and patent applications. The multi-model content generation pipeline is the subject of U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/976,908.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Services are the property of DP7 LLC or their respective owners.
