This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use J77.ai. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Prohibited Content (ZERO TOLERANCE)
You may not use the Services to generate, upload, request, or distribute content that is:
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene
- Sexually exploitative or involving minors
- Violent, threatening, or encouraging physical harm
- Harassing, bullying, intimidating, or abusive
- Hate speech or discriminatory toward protected classes
- Defamatory, slanderous, or libelous
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misleading
- Illegal or facilitating illegal activity
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Misuse the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass safeguards or moderation
- Reverse engineer or probe system vulnerabilities
- Interfere with system integrity or availability
- Use the Services to impersonate others
- Generate content intended to deceive or manipulate audiences
Enforcement
DP7 LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts without notice
- Remove content or data
- Forfeit remaining usage credits or tokens
- Permanently ban users
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement or legal authorities
No refunds or credits will be issued for enforcement actions.
