GDPR & CCPA Privacy Rights Addendum

This section supplements the Privacy Policy and applies only where required by applicable law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Nothing in this section expands DP7 LLC's obligations beyond what is required by law.

No automated decision-making produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.
